About The Trainer

Mandy Tenly has been training dogs for over 12 years, working with a wide range of breeds, temperaments, and ages. Known for her easy-going and patient approach, she specializes in helping newly adopted dogs settle into their forever homes while teaching owners how to confidently train their dogs.
Through her travels, Mandy has partnered with local rescues including Pugh Zoo in Maryland, Animal Friends Rescue Project in California, and the OSPCA in Hawaii, to support disadvantaged dogs in need of training and rehabilitation. Here in Perth she volunteers at Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Sanctuary, where she cares for and works with the resident dingoes.
Mandy’s science-backed training methods are designed to be effective and enjoyable while strengthening the bond between owners and their dogs. She focuses on giving owners the knowledge, skills, and confidence to train their dogs successfully, making the process simple, rewarding, and stress-free.
